We meet new employees in a personal interview. We look at their experience and preferences; whether they are stage hands, technicians or light and sound specialists. In addition, we meticulously ask the customer what is needed for a production.
When a client makes an inquiry, we search for the best employees for the job, continuously tracking our clients' preferences. Our employees receive an invitation and can choose whether to accept the assignment. That way, only the right people work on the right projects.
